This performance will be recorded and posted on YouTube. The school must have parental permission for a CRES student to appear on social media sites like Youtube. Please:

• fill out the form below to give permission for your child to be in the video, or

• Sign the permission slip on the bottom of the parent letter and send it back in your child's folder.

Students who have not either returned a signed permission slip or had a parent submit this digital permission slip will not be permitted to perform at the field trip recording session, but will still be able to perform at the school’s evening performance for parents.
